Payment & Delivery
Once an order has been placed and paid, it is usually shipped the same or next working day.
Orders to EU are shipped with PostNL or DPD. For destinations outside EU we use FedEx or PostNL.
Orders to the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered the next working day. For most other EU countries the delivery time varies from 2-8 business days.
Parcels outside EU are usually shipped with FedEx, and normally delivered in ca. 1 week. If the delivery address has an out-of-area zip code (or in some other occasions like specific parcel size) we will ship with domestic postal services and please take into account that delivery may then take 1-4 weeks. * Most international parcels outside EU will be shipped with FedEx, for fast delivery. If the delivery address has an out-of-area zip code, we always ship with PostNL (domestic postal services).
International shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide, but we currently do not ship to the United Kingdom yet. Please contact us for nearest sales points.
Please note that the customer is responsibe for providing us a correct delivery address (including correct receiver name, and correct company name in case a delivery address is a business address) and for following the parcel via the tracking link that will be sent by email.
Undeliverable or uncollected parcels
In case a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address (provided wrongly by the customer) or in case the parcel is not collected by the customer at the pick-up-location f.e. after failed attempt to deliver at home, the costs for re-sending the parcel will be charged to you. When you decide to refuse the parcel and cancel the order instead, the actual costs made for the first shipment as well as any surcharges for sending the parcel back to us will be deducted from the return payment.
Payment
We offer a wide range of safe electronic payment options: iDEAL, creditcard (VISA, MasterCard), Bancontant/MisterCash, SOFORT, Apple Pay and SEPA bank transfer.
For Belgium customers we also offer KBC/CBC and Belfius.
For our Austrian customers we offer EPS.
Please note that if you use bank transfer, it might take a few days before we receive the payment and ship the order.
All prices indicated on Phil&Phae’s consumer webshop are in Euro and include EU VAT, where applicable.
Citizens outside EU might be charged local taxes and import duties upon arrival of the parcel.
We do not offer tax-free shopping discounts for customers outside the EU.

We reserve the right to (partially or fully) cancel an order, for example when product(s) appear non-deliverable or when abuse is expected (for example in case of a suspicious creditcard transaction or a history of excessive returns).
